Study on improving utilization rate of waste heat in petrochemical enterprises by multi-heat network linkage

In view of the problems of insufficient heating capacity, large energy consumption, low energy utilization efficiency and large pollution emissions in large- and medium-sized cities, effective means to improve the utilization rate of waste heat to achieve clean energy substitution, environmental protection and energy saving and efficiency improvement are proposed. As a large energy consumer, petrochemical enterprises have a large amount of low temperature waste heat,and their low-temperature waste heat recovery for heating can save energy and reduce emissions. In order to solve the problem of low waste heat utilization rate of the conventional waste heat extraction technology, this paper proposes a multi-heat network linkage waste heat extraction technology. The actual case analysis shows that compared with the single heat network waste heat extraction technology, the energy saving effect and environmental protection benefits of the multi-heat network linkage waste heat extraction technology are more prominent.
